Xujiahui (Shanghai) Commercial Plaza Project

In response to the 2023 ecological initiative of “Build a New Xuhui and Forge Ahead on a New Journey” in Xuhui District, as well as the landscape enhancement theme of “Shanghai-style Integration · Radiant Xuhui” for the Xujiahui Central Activity Zone, our company won the bid for this project relying on over a decade of R&D experience in fire-retardant green walls. As a core ecological supporting project of Phase II of the Xujiahui Sky Corridor, it is located in the prime street-facing area of the business district between South Wanping Road and South Zhongshan No.2 Road. Primarily using naturally fire-resistant plants, all vegetation has undergone professional fire-retardant pretreatment and passed rigorous combustion performance testing, showing no open flame during tests and meeting relevant standards. Through technological innovation in fire-retardant vertical greening, the project resolves the core contradiction between fire safety and ecological beautification in high-density business districts, creating a benchmark for urban vertical greening that integrates safety protection, landscape display, and ecological regulation functions.
